Registered Psychologist

Chloe is a warm and thoughtful psychologist who is dedicated to helping adults feel heard, understood, and supported. She offers a compassionate space where clients can talk openly about their concerns, no matter how overwhelming or personal they may feel. Chloe understands how difficult it can be to seek help, and she works to make the therapeutic process feel approachable, respectful, and empowering.

Chloe has worked across a range of settings—including private practice, community organisations, employee assistance programs, and aged care. She is experienced in supporting clients through a wide variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, social anxiety, low motivation, self-esteem issues, relationship challenges, adjusting to life changes, OCD, and grief and loss.

Her approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practice. Chloe works with each client to identify what matters most to them, develop meaningful goals, and build strategies that support lasting growth and resilience. She draws on several therapeutic frameworks including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and mindfulness techniques.

Chloe takes a strength-based perspective and is particularly passionate about helping clients build self-awareness, reconnect with their values, and develop more compassionate and confident relationships with themselves and others.

Chloe runs her own independent private practice and engages Fremantle Clinical Psychology and Counselling to provide administrative and other business services to enable her to provide psychological support to her clients.
