Sarsha is a registered Psychologist, trained clinically to work with a wide range of experiences such as anxiety, low mood, body image concerns, emotion regulation difficulties, adjustment, OCD and trauma. Sarsha has a special interest and expertise in working with body dysmorphic disorder.
Sarsha's approach to working with people is with warmth and central to her approach is the relationship shared with the client. From this shared space of understanding, trust can be found to share the things that feel most private about ourselves, understand our needs and meet them in helpful ways and move towards a life we want to be living.
Sarsha is an integrative therapist, using a variety of evidence based interventions specific to the client's needs. These are drawn from Schema therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical behaviour therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapies and other evidence based models.
