Clinical Psychologist
Chloé is a Clinical Psychologist with over a decade of experience working within the mental health industry across public, private and not-for-profit settings. She enjoys working with adolescents, young adults and adults.
A compassionate and insightful therapist, Chloé’s primary aim is to provide a safe and supportive space for her clients to feel comfortable to explore and discuss what may be very painful, private experiences. Chloé is passionate about helping her clients to develop insight and awareness and from there, build the psychological and behavioural skills needed to make and maintain positive and effective long-term change.
Chloé is experienced in assessing and treating a range of mood, emotional and nervous system dys-regulation issues including anxiety & depression, addiction, grief & loss, trauma (both PTSD and C-PTSD), stress, relationship issues and adjusting to major life changes. Taking a collaborative and holistic approach, Chloé works to identify key issues, specific areas of focus and develop workable, mutually agreed upon treatment goals.
Chloé draws upon a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MCBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused, Existential and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) as well as Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR). Chloé is also a qualified, experienced and practicing trauma informed yoga teacher.
