Amy is a Registered Psychologist who supports adults navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress, sleep difficulties, parenting, grief, relationship concerns, and work issues. With experience in private practice and employee assistance programs, she brings a broad and compassionate perspective to her work.
Amy draws on a range of evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), which are tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. She has a particular interest in the way we navigate significant life transitions and how we can best support ourselves and others.
