Beth is a Clinical Psychologist who has worked in both the public and private sector, including mental health and forensic settings.
She has experience in the assessment and treatment of children, adolescents and adults who experience a broad range of concerns including, depression, anxiety, complex trauma, adjustment difficulties and relationship problems.
Providing a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment that fosters hope for change is of the upmost importance. Beth has experience in a range of evidence-based psychological approaches, including psychodynamic, attachment-based and cognitive behavioural interventions. She pays close attention to creating a secure therapeutic relationship with clients from which they can explore the impact significant past experiences have in shaping current difficulties. Through this process, Beth aims to assist clients to gain a deeper understanding of themselves in order to alleviate psychological distress and make meaningful change.
